Latitude developed a new set of values informed by employee insights gathered through a series of workshops. I led the development of Shaped by Values—a concept that captures how these values actively shape culture and behaviour across the business. The visual identity was designed to align with Latitude’s brand while standing out with a distinct and ownable look.
